Drop Off & Pick Up

2024 Opening Days

We’re thrilled to welcome your family to Camps Airy & Louise! Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth, enjoyable start to what promises to be an unforgettable summer adventure for your camper. To guarantee a seamless experience, we have a “drive through” style drop off process, which our staff will walk you through once you arrive. Outlined below are a few important steps and reminders:

  1. Luggage Drop-Off: As you enter camp, our friendly staff will greet you and guide you to the luggage drop-off area. Simply pop the trunk, and we’ll take care of the rest, ensuring your camper’s belongings are safely transported to their bunk.
  2. Health Screening: Next, you’ll proceed to our health screening checkpoint without leaving your car. This quick and easy process is crucial for ensuring the health and safety of our camp community. A member of our team will ask a few health-related questions and perform a quick temperature check for your camper.
  3. Escorted to Bunks: Following the health screening, your camper will be greeted by our staff and escorted to their bunk. Rest assured, our counselors are eager to help campers settle in and start making new friends right away!

Special Notes:

Medical Needs: If your child has specialized medications or if you wish to discuss specific health concerns, a designated area will be available for you to speak directly with our medical staff. Please indicate to a staff member upon arrival, and they will direct you accordingly.

Pet Policy: We kindly remind all families to leave pets at home to ensure the safety and comfort of all campers and staff.

Our staff will be on hand throughout the entire process to provide directions and assistance. We aim to make drop-off as smooth and stress-free as possible for both you and your camper.

We can’t wait to create lasting memories and new learning experiences for your camper. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

2024 Pick Up Days

As our wonderful summer session draws to a close, we’re excited to welcome you on Pick-Up Day to reunite with your camper. We have organized a smooth pick-up process to ensure a memorable end to your camper’s summer adventure. Here’s what to expect:

Check Out: Your first stop will be the Check Out Station. Here, you’ll receive a special bunk photo for your camper to keep and a QR code for their Unit Directory. Additionally, any packages sent to your camper and stored in our “Mail Jail” will be ready for collection. Most importantly, we have Summer 2025 Registration! Registering now ensures you’ll get a spot for 2025 as well as our Pick-Up Day Special discount!

Medications Pick Up: If your camper has been taking medications during their stay, you can collect any remaining items at our designated Medication Pick-Up area. Our Health Center staff will be on hand to ensure a smooth handover.

Lost & Found: We know that items can sometimes get misplaced during the hustle and bustle of camp life. Please take a moment to visit our Lost & Found to reclaim any belongings.

Special Notes:

During Pick Up Day, we warmly invite you to step out of your cars, meet your camper’s counselors, and personally thank them for their dedication and care this summer. It’s a wonderful opportunity to hear firsthand about your child’s experiences and achievements.

Pet Policy: We kindly remind all families to leave pets at home to ensure the safety and comfort of all campers and staff.

Thank you for entrusting us with your camper’s care and for being an essential part of our camp community. We look forward to seeing you again next summer!
