Love to cook? Interested in being a chef? Our new CulinAIRY Arts program at Camp Airy is the place to start! Coming this summer to our REGULAR PROGRAM lineup, Campers will learn the ins and outs of professional cooking from a top level chef and experienced staff members in a BRAND NEW FACILITYat no additional cost! Specialized clinics will be offered as well as assigned cooking activites, and even an Iron Chef-inspired competition! 


DAI ANDREWS - A former Airy Camper is a four time world record holding sword swallower - including one for swallowing a sword that is curved 120 degrees! His show also features a wide range of mind over body demonstrations, escape artistry and a host of other skills infused with comedy and accompanied by an original musical score.

Dai has traveled the world seeking hidden knowledge and forgotten arts. He has studied with Yogis and Martial Artists, Magicians and Fakirs, learning and perfecting their arts in order to bring his audience a performance of strange feats and unusual abilities unlike any previously witnessed.‎


CHOCOLATE FEST! - All of your chocolate dreams will come true as Aileen the Chocolate Lady treats campers to Chocolate 101: a delicious class where we will talk about the history of dark, milk and white chocolate while making and tasting delectable treats! And other chocolate surprises are in store!


ALAN "Shlomo" VEINGRAD, former NFL Offensive Lineman, shares his story of being the only Jewish player on the Super Bowl XXVII World Champion Dallas Cowboy Team in 1992. With remarkable candor and alacrity, Alan keeps his audiences spellbound with his accounts of the intense training, ruthless competitive atmosphere, and performance requirements of professional football life. He relays his personal breakthroughs and accomplishments during his five years with the Green Bay Packers and two years with the Dallas Cowboys playing for legendary coach Jimmy Johnson alongside hall of fame quarterback Troy Aikman and record-breaking running back Emmitt Smith!


The NATIONAL WRESTLING LEAGUE, founded in in 1988 has held professional wrestling events throughout the US and overseas. Many of the big name stars you see on television today got their start competing for the NWL. John Rambo became the first ever NWL Heavyweight champion when he defeated Russian Bear Ivan Koloff in West Virginia in 1989. WWF superstar Mankind (AKA Cactus Jack and Mick Foley) won his very first professional wrestling championship when he defeated Rambo to capture the NWL heavyweight title. Rambo and several former WWF Stars will be making a return appearance at Airy this summer.



Mutts Gone Nuts is a comedy dog act that promotes the adoption of rescue animals.
